This is a Tengwar font based on my interpretation of the
formal book-hand style. It basically follows
the character mapping of Dan Smith’s Tengwar fonts, with a few exceptions which are
noted in the documentation.
The included documentation explains how each character can be typed in a Windows environment. J. ‘Mach’ Wust has created a PDF document that explains how to access the characters of Tengwar Parmaite on Mac OS X (in non-Unicode applications).
